CAIRN Podcast: Community, AI, and Research

Sep 6
1 min read

The CAIRN podcast is the public conversation arm of Global Solidarity Advocates. Same spine every episode so the show can be made without a studio staff.

Format

  • 20 to 30 minutes.

  • Every other week, not weekly.

  • Four parts: the problem, who lives it, what we tried, what we still do not know.

First six episodes

  • Why Saturday School, and why AI is not a replacement teacher.

  • A parent week: devices, homework, work shifts.

  • A tutor method: Khanmigo plus human judgment.

  • Reading a government form with AI, out loud.

  • What the digital divide looks like in Northern Virginia.

  • The first CAIRN research question, in plain language.

Where to listen

Video lives on YouTube at @GSAdvocates. Audio will follow on Spotify and Apple once the RSS feed is live. Guest ideas: staff@gsa-cairn.org.
